I used Booked.net and I was given one price but got to the hotel and the price was much higher. I would however stay at the hotel the newly decorated rooms, nice sheers, soft towels and very clean rooms. The afternoon /evening staff very friendly. The morning shift needs to work on their customer service. H

Hotel Five location was perfect. Very easy access to the market and to space needle areas. Close to public transport and lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Access to a gym and to hot water downstairs was also good. Staff were very obliging when we had a money problem that needed sorting.
Whilst there was no noise from the street, the hotel itself was noisy. When our neighbors closed their door we could hear it loudly. Noise from the ice machine was audible. Laundry was a problem if you did not want to pay for the in house service. There are no close self pay laundry services.

Couples looking for a cozy retreat
The beds were super comfy and the fluffy duvets? Absolutely dreamy! Met this amazing staff member named Amara, she handled everything like a pro even when the place was packed!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still felt reasonable for what we got.

Amazing location and really great towels. Fairly comfortable beds and one pillow was soft the other firm which was nice.
Very dated room and a very, very short shower head. They are currently remodeling the rooms which should fix this. I booked the room as a Ramada but they've changed hotels.

the linens and towels, and bathroom were super clean. Terrific value for the money and in perfect location: close to the space needle and the public market, brief walking distance to the convention center. Monorail almost across the street, if one needs it. Bathroom is very tight (New york type), but because of the cleanliness, that did not bother me although I stayed 4 nights. Wireless internet connection worked well in the room. As someone else said, indeed, the bathtub drained slowly, but that was not an issue for me, because it was clean and the room was comfortable. The bathroom is unheated, so it is cold when entering, (March trip), but the temperature can be increased by a heating bulb in the ceiling, which I used to warm up the space before taking shower. I enjoyed having an access to the internet and a printer in a lobby to print my boarding pass. Personnel was very pleasant. I will definitely stay there again!

Had a blast staying with my friends! We loved the cute pineapple theme and the lobby bar/game room. It was super easy to walk to Pike Place and catch a show at the 5th Avenue Theater. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the complimentary beverages.
The noise from the hall was pretty noticeable, which can be a downside if you're a light sleeper.

The staff was very nice and helpful. But I will not return to this hotel. The internet service did not work in my room...at all...and I find that pretty unbelievable in 2012. The staff said that I had a room located far from the elevator so I had a weak internet signal. The room was clean but the decor was atrocious..
